Mandarin Oriental’s newest hotel opens on Turkish coast
International luxury hotelier Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has opened a new luxury resort, Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum in Turkey.
Ideally located on a 60 hectare waterfront site on the northern side of the peninsula, at Cennet Koyu (Paradise Bay), with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea, Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum offers the perfect retreat. The sea view rooms and Mediterranean suites provide the most spacious accommodation in the Bodrum Peninsula, and are flooded with natural light.
Built on a series of levels nestled in the resort’s landscaped hillside, surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine trees, most of the resort’s 109 guestrooms and suites come with terraces, private dining areas and sundecks. In addition, each suite features a plunge pool and outdoor shower set in private gardens with spectacular views over the Aegean Sea.
Ten restaurants and bars showcase innovative and gastronomic cuisine, while the large luxury spa has introduced the group’s awarding-winning spa concepts together with holistic signature treatments and a range of wellness programmes. In addition, the diverse event spaces, two sandy beaches and extensive leisure facilities have brought a level of sophistication and elegance, making this the perfect luxurious hideaway retreat for discerning travellers.
Christoph Mares, executive vice-president, said: “Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is set to become the region’s most desirable address. This exclusive hideaway resort offers guests stylish accommodation and a range of impeccable facilities, all of which are underpinned by Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service.”
