Luxury hotel Craftsmen opens doors in Amsterdam
After a year of renovations, a landmark 17th century building on one of Amsterdam’s oldest canals has reopened its doors as Hotel The Craftsmen.
Famous for clogs, windmills, painters and low flat lands, the Netherlands have a lot to offer on a European luxury holiday. There are twice as many bikes as there are cars in the Netherlands, so you’d better get your helmet on for a peaceful cycle around this beautiful country. Contemporary designs of luxury hotels sit comfortably alongside the traditional and agricultural landscape, meaning you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Countless water sports facilities, historical squares, lively markets and, of course, the notorious Red Light District are a few of the attractions in the Netherlands, as well as numerous zoos, parks and coffee shops.
