The interview: John Morley, director, Johns&Co


John Morley is the managing director of specialist luxury property management company Johns&Co.; a business he founded this month to help investors and tenants letting and occupying high specification, high end homes.  

Mayo-born John moved to the UK in 2008 and has since enjoyed an impressive career in the luxury property market. He was formerly head of international sales at The Ballymore Group, a role which saw him regularly tour Asia and Middle East to meet investors and market high specification properties to them.

The role saw him become accustomed with the demands and expectations of this clientele but he soon realised the unrivalled level of service they received throughout the buying process wasn’t always replicated once properties were put into the hands of letting agents.

An epiphany of sorts, it spurred him into establishing Johns&Co and the company has already been appointed by Ballymore as its sole letting agent, meaning it has already started marketing homes to rent at some of London’s most desirable developments including 21 Wapping Lane and, in early 2014 Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms.

With a desire to reach tenants as much as investors, Johns&Co also offers a bespoke concierge service to all occupiers who move into properties it markets.

Here John tells us more about the brand new service he’s introduced and how it will help frustrated landlords and tenants who want more than a run of the mill property management service…


Tell us more about Johns&Co?

We have a single aim to deliver a service that meets the requirements of tenants and landlords living in and investing in high-end homes. My team has a collective commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to our clients be they investors or occupiers.


What do you do that’s different to other property management companies?
