London-based architectural practice, Matt Architecture, have designed the Keith Grove project. Completed in 2013, 23 Keith Grove is a newly built sustainably designed family home in London, England.

This sustainably designed four bedroom house by the RIBA award-winning architect Matt Architecture uses the latest in design and construction technologies and is arranged over three storeys. The interior design is simple, modern and welcoming.

The luxury English home has currently been shortlisted for various national awards, including the 2013 Building Design (BD) Awards, this stunning property also benefits from two bathrooms, two terraces – one with a climbing wall, a large multi-use play/games/cinema room, super insulated with triple glazing throughout, electrically operated opaque/clear glass to main stairs, under-floor heating throughout and whole house ventilation with all rooms fully day lit, including the lower ground floor.

Keith Grove is a quiet cul-de-sac close to a range of fantastic West London schools, amenities along the Uxbridge Road, the Westfield Shopping Centre, an award-winning pub and the A40/M40.

Matthew White, architect, said: “Number 23 is an outstanding contemporary family home which was a pleasure to create. It is uncompromising in its approach to both architectural design and family living – not often happy bedfellows – yet in this instance resulting in a house that is very much more than the sum of its parts.”
