Luxury Jalan Tualang Bungalow, Singapore

Singapore-based interior designers and architects ONG&ONG have completed the Jalan Tualang Bungalow project. Completed in 2012, the three-storey contemporary property can be found  in Bangsar area of Singapore. According to the architects: “Nestled within the prestigious Bangsar area, this bungalow’s stunning design defies convention.

“Comprising three-storeys, with a basement and swimming pool, the house’s minimalist design and its facade’s grey shades lend the residence an understated opulence. Local artist, Ajim Juxtra’s artwork feature prominently throughout the interior spaces, giving the luxury property in Singapore a burst of quirkiness.

“With ceiling-high glass panels, the contemporary Singaporean house is naturally illuminated and ventilated, making this home as environmentally conscious as it is modern.”

Adelto loves the interior design of this luxury property in Singapore. The central courtyard with its pool is a great feature. The spiral metal staircase is a real focal point and connects all three floors.

The name ‘bungalow’ has various meanings across the world. In Singapopore it is used to describe a single family home usually with two or three-storeys, whilst in Great Britain it’s commonly used to describe a single-storey property.
