Contemporary Krakow Apartment, Poland
Krakow-based design studio Morpho Studio have done the interior design of this apartment. The contemporary apartment can be found in Krakow, Poland.
According to the designers: “The contemporary Polish apartment is a two-level apartment with a floor area of 65 m2.
“Level one constitutes the day zone – space available to guests; level two is more private, intended mainly for the owners. The contemporary apartment in Poland is owned by a couple in their twenties: medical students and animal lovers. Hence the animal motifs as a frequent element of the furnishings (ostrich wall console – Ibride, rabbit lamp – Moooi, Birdie’s Nest ceiling lamp – Ingo Maurer, a rat graphic on the wall (hand-painted), a cat graphic in the toilet). The austere, minimalist and monochromatic interior is softened with the use of strong color elements.”
