A Luxurious Kensington Penthouse, London

Designed by Staffan Tollgard an alumni of the prestigious Inchbald School of Design. This luxury Kensington penthouse can be found in London, England.

Contemporary pieces of art and furniture are galleried in a sleek architectural framework.  Glass, walnut and natural stone add depth and value to a revitalised and revisioned living space.

The luxury London property was designed for Westrock (a property developer).

Steffan Tollgard told Adelto:”The brief was ‘Contemporary penthouse’. Too many large apartments in central London have an old feeling about it, like you have seen them many times before. This is especially true in terms of apartments done up by developers as they need to appeal to a large number of buyers.”

And on inspirations for colour palettes and general aesthetic tone, he said: “We kept a neutral background but with a bold orange as an accent. Walnut and otherwise neutral woods look more modern with bold colours and can otherwise start looking reasonably traditional.”

The basic layout of the luxury London property: The lift takes you straight into the apartment on the 4th floor. On this floor you have a lobby, a very large living and dining area, guest cloakroom, kitchen and also a room that we furnished for a high end home cinema but this can also be used as a 4th bedroom or a study. On the 5th floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2, dressing rooms, 3 bathrooms and a very nice balcony for the master bedroom with stunning views.
