Sandy Bay-based architectural practice, Rosevear Architects, has designed the Churchill Residence project. Completed in 2013, this single-story contemporary home is located at Dolphin Sands on the east coast of Tasmania.

“The southern vista of stunning skies, storms, seabirds and the Freycinet Peninsula combined with a preference for crisp southern light determined a simple and bold approach that fully immerses one in the immediate landscape and broader view.”
The luxury home fabulous views and stunning and chic interior design. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow the rooms to be flooded in natural light. And the simple but stylish furniture make the property stand out.
