Stunning villa Iergl in the charming village of San Cassiano, Italy

Villa Iergl is a stunning new four bedroom chalet located in the charming village of San Cassiano, Alta Badia in the breathtaking Dolomite Mountains.

The luxury Italian villa was previously an old 19th century farm house and has been restored in-keeping with the traditional Ladin architecture by using a selection of materials such as larch wood from old Austrian barns for the exterior, brushed and waxed pine together with “Luserna” and “Piasentina” stone for the interior, vintage planed oak for floors. The interior is decorated with traditional selection of fabrics from Loden to raw silk, from cotton to linen.

The luxury rental villa was one of the first houses in San Cassiano and is surrounded by the beautiful Dolomites which are an integrated into the villa’s history. A careful assessment to environmental impact was also considered, from structural characteristics which optimise energy consumption and ensure maximum energy savings, to the overall aesthetics of the villa, which fits perfectly into the Dolomites landscape.

Upon request and at an additional charge, the villa can also organise a chef, in-chalet equipment fitting and ski passes, ski lessons and guides and much much more.

The Dolomites is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable winter getaway, the Dolomite Superski region offers over 1200m of trails and more than 450 lifts which is perfect for all levels. Also available are fabulous cross country circuits, short walks and long winter hikes and some of the most beautiful ski mountaineering itineraries in the Alps. This stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site not only offers an array of winter sports, but is rich in both culture and natural beauty, making it one of the most exciting areas in Italy.
