Catering to all tastes, the resort’s four restaurants serve international and Greek cuisine. In addition to a fresh food buffet restaurant in the main dining room, Topos 1910 is a decked promontory leading out to sea for fine-dining under a canopy of stars. The new, Mesoyios Restaurant brings together a fusion of Mediterranean and Greek cuisine. Anthos, helmed by Michelin-starred chef, Philippe Geneletti, is sea side in an open air space dotted with crisp white linens and olive trees. Offering one-off tasting menus by Michelin starred chefs, it has a supper club feel which attracts high-flying locals, Dishes on offer vary but lobster blinis, crab tartare, milk-fed veal and absinthe sorbet are just some of the star turns in previous menus.

Echoing a bygone era of ancient Greece, with a black mosaic seawater pool, glittering black and gold hammam, sauna, steambath and Jacuzzi, the Spa is something special. With floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, it’s a lavish hideaway in the centre of the hotel.
