Seattle-based studio Sullivan Conard Architects has completed the Washington Park Residence project, a beautiful, natural and contemporary residence. As its name suggest, this modern single family home is located in Washington Park, a neighborhood in east central Seattle, Washington, USA.
With gorgeous foliage and wildlife forming the surroundings of this home, a calming, relaxing ambience is felt throughout the houses backdrop. A spacious, vast area leaves everything to the imagination and offers an abundance of options for leisure, privacy or social gatherings. A luxurious courtyard area with terrific furnishings doubles as a dining space with a beautiful overview of the region.
Inside, the interior is a boundless offering of extravagance, with modern art cascading from the tall walls. A deluge of natural colours immediately strikes the eye in the main living area, as greens, browns and blacks dominate a comfortable space. Aforementioned steep walls are also a fixture in this house, along with a charming, modern take on traditional furniture.
