A proud member of Relais & Chateaux, Montpelier has a big focus on fine dining – and their 750 restaurant has a 5 course tasting menu which changes daily and they use local produce as much as possible with lots of fresh fish, seafood and organic chicken, vegetables and fruit.  They offer a range of innovative dishes with Caribbean flavours and a Nevisian twist. Adelto favourite is the grilled mahi-mahi with plantain mangu  and green curry sauce.
