Argentinian architectural practice, Fritz + Fritz Arquitectos, have designed the House Ef project. Completed in 2012, the stunning family home can be found in Nordelta, Tigre, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
According to the architects: “House Ef is located in Nordelta, Tigre, Buenos Aires province. The property is a single-family home project, which was designed with environmental characteristics, next to the lake.
“The ground floor, where the the kitchen, the living room and the dining room are located, was designed with an ‘L’ shape in order to gain panoramic visuals to the lake.
“The first floor which contains the master bedroom on the back of the house, in relation to the lake, and the three single bedrooms on the front side, was designed with an ‘U’ shape in order to generate a patio and a 42 sqm semi-covered gallery for the living room.”
The luxury property comes with a fabulous outdoor swimming pool and plenty of parking spaces. The interior design is contemporary but homely, which we love at Adelto.
