Modern Gabriel Mancera Building, Mexico

Mexico City-based design studio Central de Arquitectura have completed the Gabriel Mancera project. Completed in 2008, this contemporary apartment complex can be found in Mexico City, Mexico.

According to the architects: “This project has a great and central location. It’s orientation and design, along with the internal patio it surrounds, allows having a sensation of tranquility and isolation. The contemporary Mexican building has several patios which ventilate and illuminate the project.

The Contemporary Mexican building has four cores with access, each with an elevator and independent circulations. The project has 42 apartments: 32 type 104m2 with a terrace, 2 type duplex of 119m2 and 8 pent-houses of 133m2 with a terrace, garden and parking spaces.

“The contemporary Mexican apartments have from 2 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a living and dining room, full kitchen and laundry room. The penthouse and duplex both enjoy having a service room and a TV room.”
