Luxury villa, Phuket, Thailand

The stunning four bedroom, six bath contemporary villa can be found in Ao Po, Phuket, Thailand.

With around 6,000 square feet of indoor space and nearly 4,200 square feet of terrace space, this luxury Thai villa  sits on a 0.8 acre lot, offering picturesque  views overlooking the Phang Nga Bay. The luxury villa boasts a very spacious terrace for alfresco dining under the stars and comes with a balcony.

According to the site: “This unique and innovative four bedroom villa sits on a hillside, 65 metres above sea level, with stunning 270 degree views of Phang Nga Bay and the rainforest covered mountain of Phuket’s National Park. The villa sits on a 3,200 sqm land plot and has 560 sqm of covered living space and 950 sqm of built up area with a 18m x 4m lap pool. Fair faced or form faced concrete has been used extensively for wall and ceiling surfaces both internally and externally providing a rustic, relaxed, yet refined ambience.

The inherent textures and contrast of the concrete surfaces come alive at night when illuminated. This tropical contemporary villa was designed with sustainability in mind, maximising natural light and ventilation and featuring passive cooling, recycled timber, rain water harvesting, efficient air conditioning (when necessary) and solar hot water.

This property really is a little slice of paradise. Architecturally, this house is unique,
bold and contemporary. The view overlooking the Phang Nga Bay is spectacular. The luxury Thai villa also offers a pool you would never refuse to take a dip in, and why would you, with its glorious picturesque backdrop.
