Luxury Living At Lima Residence, Los Angeles
Culver City-based design studio Abramson Teiger Architects has designed the Lima Residence project. Completed in 2008, this two-storey, contemporary property can be found in the desirable Calabasas, Los Angeles County, California, USA.
According to the architects: “Situated on the edge of a natural preserve this contemporary Californian house takes full advantage of the uninterrupted natural landscape that it faces. The compound consists of the main house building, garage, guest room building that is separated by a courtyard.
“The luxury Los Angeles property form is a rectangle, in plan, with the long side composed of large glass doors and windows that face the view. Open plan with living-dining room and family room separated by a free-standing cabinet. The living/dining area is huge with its 14 foot high ceilings and clear story windows that allow soft filtered light to enter the room.”
