Luxury Beach House E-03, Peru
Beach House e-03 has been designed by Lima-based design studio Vértice Arquitectos. The property was completed in 2011 and the contemporary beach house can be found in the surf haven of Palillos Beach, south of Lima, Peru.
According to the architects: “The contemporary property was developed on an irregular shaped terrain inside a difficult area, but with a great view of the sea – Palillos beach.
“By taking advantage of the lot slope, the project proposed a volume set working with different materials and textures in three levels that work together as a unit, obtaining several space relations between the interior and the exterior. The project brief included that all rooms must come with a sea view but at the same time come with privacy.
The contemporary Lima property comes with five bedrooms most with private balconies overlooking the beautiful Palillos Beach.” Images courtesy of Juan Solano.
