Contemporary Las Flores Building, Mexico City

Central de Arquitectura a Mexico City-based design studio has completed the Las Flores project. Completed in 2008, the luxury apartment can be found on Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos, Mexico City.

According to the architects: “The contemporary Mexican property is composed of two towers, oriented to the south-east allowing it to have great views to the trees area and the city’s volcanoes which creates a sensation of tranquility and isolation.

“Each tower has 13 levels with 25 apartments each, three basements with 122 parking spaces, a lobby and a pedestrian access.

“The contemporary Mexican building has two garden houses with terraces. The luxury apartments with double height have a dining and a living room, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, TV room, half a bathroom and a service room with a full bathroom and a laundry room.”
