Contemporary Dry Creek House by Brian Dillard Architecture

Brian Dillard Architecture has designed the stunning Dry Creek House in Austin, Texas, planned to reflect a young couple’s appreciation for simple, restrained design combined with comfortable, luxurious living.

The exterior of the house is clean, elegant and beautiful. Located on an urban lot in Austin, Texas with a dry creek running behind the house, this residence is a taste of lavish living with a touch of simplicity. The house is 2,700 square feet which includes two bedrooms, three baths and an additional, detached cabana space to serve the pool. All this shows that the house is spacious and brilliantly executed in its design. The houses exterior is dominated mainly by wildlife. Trees surround the shell of the house, while there is a pool on one side and the aforementioned dry creek running through on the other. This generates calm, relaxing ambience and allows for privacy or sociability; whichever is desired.

The interior follows the luxurious, spacious and comfortable trend. Neutral colours such as white and cream are combined with a small splash of black to produce a soothing atmosphere, while there is also plenty of storing space. A gorgeous fireplace coupled with contemporary art and beautiful views makes the main living space a luxurious haven. The kitchen and bathrooms are also both beautifully crafted to cater to every whim; an efficient, comfortable combination.

This modern, relaxing, natural and luxurious home offers every possible avenue of lavish living for the client.
