Casa Franz is a 2010 project completed by Buenos Aires-based architectural practice Luciano Kruk. The contemporary property can be found in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

According to the architects: “The brief was to build a minimal architecture designed home using material and formal resources, not only as an aesthetic choice, but as an ethical principle of recovery of a more rational use of the various resources.

“This architecture should be incorporated into the landscape, stripped willing to membership, searching existing and integrated into that reality. For this to happen it is necessary ‘to listen’ and communicate with the site so that the first approache must be unprejudiced. In order to capture not only the data and therefore tangible and measurable qualifying, but those atmospheres that  provide and that we can only understand if our eyes are free of preconceptions about it. This means practicing the exercise of ‘first look’.”
